The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ‘Speedupmusic’, Ephraim has shared his thoughts on what he thinks is dragging the growth of the showbiz industry in Ghana.
Speaking on the ‘Late Nite Celebrity’ show with host, Foster Romanus, the ‘Insane’ hitmaker said ‘’Governments over the years have not given the entertainment industry the needed attention.
I think music should be added to the curriculum and taught in schools from the basic level because it is not enough to study music only in the universities’’ he said.
He reminisced about what he learnt during his school days when he studied music and dance.
‘’The few classes I took in music and dance have stayed with me till date. Unfortunately, that has even been taken out of the syllabus’’ he observed.
