Ex-banker, entrepreneur and CEO of Clever Lines Company Limited, Stephen Asiedu, has asserted that entrepreneurship is not for everyone.
In an interview with Nana Yaw Odame on eTV Ghana’s Men’s Lounge, he stated that to be an entrepreneur, one needs to have a certain mindset geared towards what he wants to achieve.
‘’it’s not everybody that is cut out for entrepreneurship. Some people are best as employees because they are good at doing a particular thing and they work well within a structure but some people are born leaders and starters and they are self-motivators’’.
People who work best in fixed structures usually find themselves unsuccessful when they try to set up their own business. People who are also better off doing their own jobs mostly find that they are unable to keep jobs.
