He stated that whether one leaves a good or bad legacy behind is solely dependent on themselves, but gearing the conversation on leaving a positive mark, he shared various ways of doing so.
Mr. Mensah who is also the Author of ‘Synergy and Commonality; the key to Success mentioned that sharing of knowledge or ideas, mentoring people and being positive, among many others, are ways to leave a good legacy at work. ‘’You don’t need to have the world stage to make a mark. For example if sharing knowledge is what you know, go ahead and do it well. I cannot share your skill set, I can only share what I have. It is about segmenting what you know and sharing that knowledge without fear and trembling, but with trust that when we transfer that knowledge, it will be better for us’’, he advised.
