YFM Dryve of Your Lyfe’s multiple award-winning Disc Jockey, DJ Mic Smith, has disclosed that DJ-ing saved his life ten years ago.
Speaking on eTV Ghana’s Men’s Lounge with host, Nana Yaw Odame, he revealed that back in 2009, he did not know what to do with his life till he found DJ-ing and embraced it.
“I embraced DJ-ing and here I am today, after a decade, I am still around as DJ Mic Smith, one of the biggest DJs on the continent”, he bragged.
Talking about how he grew his love for DJ-ing, he mentioned that he used to listen to Funk Master Flex, DJ Killer Fingerz, DJ Black, DJ Scratch, among many others, however, he did not think that he would ever become a DJ.
“It just happened so I just took it and nurtured it, and then that was it”, DJ Mic Smith furthered.
