Ghanaian musician, Bismark Kofi Nti Amoah, popularly known as ‘Brella’ has revealed that he was bought by someone for an amount of money he does not know.
Speaking on e. TV Ghana’s ‘The Late Nite Celebrity Show,’ Brella revealed that he was searching for an investor to invest in his music career and Bullet introduce him to someone.
“Through my search for an investor, Bullet introduce me to someone who is also a musician. So I got closer and played some of my songs to him and he asked me why Bullet was not pushing me and I told him we were searching for an investor and he was like he will invest in me. I spoke to bullet and he agreed so I move to the guys place as at the time they were concentrating on Ebony.
So the guy said he wants to buy me from Bullet.he wanted to offer 50,000,” he revealed.
Asked by the host if money was paid to Bullet he said “Yes. The guy gave some money to Bullet but I don’t know how much,” Brella stated.
Asked by the host how his relationship was with Bullet, he said Bullet kept delaying him.
” He (bullet) made a statement that made me leave Rufftown records. It’s been 4 months seen I left.”
“Bullet said maybe God wanted me to be on my own and that is what made me leave RuffTown Records”.
When asked if he thinks Bullet did not want to do anything with him, he said “One Thing I have observed personally in our music industry is that some of we Ghanaians are scared of greatness. When we see something great we want to destroy it.”
According to him, he will not return to RuffTown Records because he has his own record label called ”Brella Music’.
