Presenter of Happy FM’s Ayekoo After Drive, Isaac De-Graft, popularly known as DJ Advicer, has shared his opinion that birth control is not only for women and it should also be discussed before taking action.
In an interview with Nana Yaw Odame on eTVGhana’s Men’s Lounge about the man’s view on male birth control, he contributed that taking the decision to undergo a birth control plan is not only for women and also should not be a one-party thing. It is not right for a male to go in for a birth control method without discussing it with his wife and same goes for women.
‘’As a man, knowing what you want, the type of family you want, also helps to decide whether to use a condom, go in for a vasectomy or choose to withdraw. I feel that it is the men who have to take charge of their family and discuss or decide on how many kids they want to have, based on their pocket’’, he added.
DJ Advicer cleared that it is totally fine if a man decides not to go in for a vasectomy or use a condom and would rather wait for the woman’s safe period so long as he does not seek elsewhere for pleasure.
