Pleasure massage therapist, Ransford Afari, has asserted that sex is enough reason for a couple to stay committed to each other.
Talking about infidelity in an interview on eTV Ghana’s adult show ‘In Bed with Adwen’, he noted that sex has the power to sustain or destroy a relationship in the sense that, if the sex is not good enough, there is a high chance of the partner seeking that pleasure elsewhere.
“The number one underlying reason why a lady will cheat on her husband is not for financial gain. It’s for sexual reasons.
There are some women whose husbands have lots of money but if the man does not satisfy them sexually, they will still cheat. There are also some women whose husbands are not as rich but so long as he is sexually satisfying, she will stick with him”, he said.
Ransford did not rubbish the fact that there are many other reasons why people could cheat in a marriage or relationship, however, in his opinion, people who are not sexually satisfied in their marriage are more likely to cheat.
According to him, if a partner’s reason for cheating is because he or she is not sexually satisfied in the relationship or marriage, then there is a higher possibility of that relationship going on for long.
He instanced that if a man travels, gets drunk while probably on a long trip and gets involved sexually with another woman, that sexual relationship is not likely to continue because he did not cheat because his wife does not satisfy him but because he got caught in the moment and she was not with him.
