Constable Amos Niganoka Mattey,the young Police officer who was allegedly knocked down and killed by Aduana Stars center back Farouk Adams will be laid to rest over the weekend on Saturday 17th April,2021 in Tamale.
Funeral posters circulating on Social media indicates that the 23 year old Police officer will be interred in Tamale.
Farouk Adams is said to have knocked down the Police Officer late on Monday 1st March 2021 accidentally and sped off killing the officer at the Asuotiano – Berekum road.

The young constable of the Wamfie Police station, was said to have left his duty post to purchase something but never returned until he was found dead the next morning in what is suspected to be a hit and run by the Aduana Stars defender with a red Toyota Camry vehicle with registration number GW 5882-17 which he was driving.
Upon hitting the officer with his car , the player sped off without trying to take the Police officer to hospital till he was found dead in the bush nearby on Tuesday.
Farouk Adams has been slapped with five counts of negligently causing harm, careless and inconsiderate driving among others.
He was initially remanded but has been granted bail with the sum of GHC60,000 with four sureties.
The case has been adjourned to 5th May,2021 as the State Prosecutor Emmanuel Sampson failed to show up in court on 7th April,2021.
