The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has disclosed that it will launch its manifesto for their 2020 presidential bid on Saturday, August 22nd, 2020.
According to the NPP, they have delivered what they promised Ghanaians in 2016 regardless of the difficulty they (NPP) faced in fixing a Ghana the National Democratic Congress (NDC) had destroyed.
The National Organizer of the NPP, Samuel Awuku addressing the press at the Alisa Hotel stated that “We will launch our manifesto on 22nd August. We have delivered our 2016 promises and we want to deliver more to households in Ghana and that is what our manifesto will reveal on Saturday.”
He indicated that the NPP will achieve more in 2020 despite the devastation the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the country. Sammi Awuku believes the 2020 elections will not be a battle between the NPP and NDC because their (NDC) running mate Ex-president Mahama has already declared victory for the NPP.
The politician added that Ghana would’ve suffered more “if we didn’t have the NPP and president Akufo-Addo leading us.”
“December 2020 is not for the swift in lies but those who undertake decisive action and Ghanaians will endorse our leadership for the prosperity of Ghana,” Sammi Awuku added.
The National Organizer of the NPP assured the country of a brighter future between the NPP and the Ghanaian people.
