John Dramani Mahama, the former president, appears to be on track to victory in the flagbeareship race of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) primaries.
Provisional results so far indicate a resounding victory against Kojo Bonsu, his opponent.
Several individuals, including Mahama’s campaign staff, a sizable number of MPs, party officials, and pollsters who praised him as the presumptive winner, predicted a landslide victory for the former president seeking to regain power.
