Ghanaian afrobeat musician, Krymi, christened Henry Nuamah, has asserted that he is not an underground artiste, and neither is he an A-list artiste.
Speaking on Happy 98.9 FM’s Ayekoo After Drive with the show host, DJ Advicer, he clarified that he is an upcoming artiste who still has a lot to give to his fans.
“I am not an underground artiste. By God’s grace, I am a little above that. Why I don’t put myself up there is because I don’t want it to get into my head. I am still coming and I am still doing good music”, he said.
The vocalist continued that he wants to push his music to the farthest point and he wants to hit certain levels that would be internationally acclaimed, hence, he will not register in his mind yet that he is an A-list artiste.
The ‘Dede’ hitmaker confessed that he has had challenges doing music, however, he is of the understanding that in every business that one ventures into, there are ups and downs, and for that reason, he still loves music and he is willing to rise above issues, learn from mistakes and project a better version of himself as he goes.
“If you don’t fail, you might not be doing things right. You need to fail to know the extremes and know how to play your cards”, he further advised.
