According to him, his company has addressed the pandemic as another challenge, accepted the challenge and are taking it head on. To do this they identified the people that they deal with directly when doing business, from employees to clients and with expert opinion have developed strategies to help them operate during this period.
Some of his strategies he mentioned include sensitizing staff members on the disease, and he further advised that companies use their resources to help prevent the disease from affecting staff members just like he has employed in his company.
This implies providing alcohol based hand sanitizers, Veronica buckets, and other essentials needed to stay safe from the Covid-19.
The businessman stated that in all things, they make sure to operate using health guidelines and directives made available by the Ministry of Health (MoH) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to help maintain client trust, and ensure they meet targets and goals.
