As a strategy to broadcast himself, ace broadcaster Mike Eghan centered on the fact that Ghana is in the centre of the world.
He reported himself as someone from the centre of the world broadcasting to the world.
In his opinion, Ghana being in the centre of the world and also being the gateway to Africa is not being exploited enough.
”We have not done anything to promote this phenomenon that Ghana is in the centre of the world,” he said in an interview on e.TV Ghana’s Live Chat with Paul.
He added that Ghana aside being the centre of the world, is also the first African country to gain independence down South and we need to capitalize on all these factors to properly promote Ghana to the world.
Asked by the host Paul Anomah-Kordieh, if he thinks that by hammering on the fact that Ghana is the centre of the world, will bring any benefit to us, he said; “Indeed, people will want to travel to come and see the centre of the world. It’s a good thing for Ghana to be the centre of the world.”
He, however, advised that we advertise effectively and manage our tourism structures properly, so people will travel far and wide to visit and you can imagine the profit we will make.
