Host Joey Greco will lead viewers through the difficult experience of confrontation as cheating partners are exposed. The Cheaters detective agents get to work by keeping the suspected partner under 24 hour surveillance. If confirming footage of the unfaithful mate is caught on tape, the victim is shown the evidence.

The cheater is then confronted in the presence of his/her lover where an argument or violent clash ensues. The heartbroken victim then either returns home with the Cheaters crew or the unfaithful partner.
