Youth urged to strive for greatness
Dreams are said to be the building blocks of life. Dream lofty dreams, and as you dream, so shall you become. Many young people are hoping to achieve greatness, but without clearly defined vision.
At the just ended Spring Board Roadshow in the Greater Accra Region, the Chief Executive of Legacy and Legacy, Albert Ocran, encouraged the youth to hold high dreams as is the promise of what will be one day.
The youth of every nation holds the key to the future development of such countries. However, global recession has left many people unemployed.
The youth has been hard hit by this menace. This is killing the dreams and aspirations of the youth especially in the country.
Addressing a large gathering of youth who are aspiring greatness in life, Mr Ocran urged them to hold firm their dreams and aspirations for a better future.
He advised them to eschew low self esteem and dared them to take bold decisions when the opportunity presents itself.
On his part, General Overseer of International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), Dr. Mensa Otabil advised the youth to surpass, be superior, and standout in all that they embark on.
The springboard show, an annual event is to project the youth and encourage them to take advantage of opportunities to achieve greatness. This year’s event will take place in all the ten regions, Gambia and London.
