Cabinet reshuffle; Lee Ocran returns

Confirmed reports reaching e.tv Ghana news indicates that President John Evans Atta Mills has finally reshuffled his cabinet.
The reshuffle has however, affected three ministers, namely, Central Regional Minister; Ama Benyiwa Doe, Information Minister; John Tia and Health Minister, Joseph Yieleh Chireh.
Former Member of Parliament for Jomoro, Lee Ocran has been designated as the Minister of Education, Works and Housing Minister Alban Bagbin has been moved to head the Health Ministry, E. T Mensah, the current Minister of Social Welfare has been appointed to head the Works and Housing Minister whilst James Agyenim Boateng has been recalled to the Information Ministry as a deputy minister.
Acting Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Dr Benjamin Kunbour has been made the substantive AG and Mr Fritz Baffour has been designated to the Information Ministry with Mr William Kwesi Aboah taking over from Dr Kunbour as Interior Minister.
Alhaji Amin Sulemana has been designated as the Upper West Regional Minister, Mr Dominic Azembe Azumah goes to the Presidency as a Minister of State and Member of Parliament for Mfatseman West, Mr Thomas Aquinas has been designated Deputy Central Regional Minister.
Deputy Information Minister Baba Jamal has been appointed as Deputy Minister for Tourism with Dr Omane Boamah as Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports and Henry Ametepey as the Deputy Volta Regional Minister.
Dr Mustapha Ahmed replaces Dr Omane Boamah as the deputy minister with Nii Nortey Dua going to Water Resources, Works and Housing as a deputy minister.
