A press release signed by Koku Anyidoho, Director of Communications at the Presidency said the President thanked Mrs. Mould-Iddrisu for services rendered to the people of Ghana during the period she served in government.
The former Attorney General and Minister for Justice tendered in her resignation letter at the Presidency on Monday days after President Mills fired Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Martin Amidu, for misconduct.
Mrs. Mould-Iddrisu had been under pressure to resign over her failure to defend the case brought against the state by NDC financier, Mr Alfred Agbesi Woyome, resulting in the payment of about GhC58 million as judgement debt.
