Unusual climate change a concern for environmentalists

Scientists and government officials around the world are reporting that Earth's environment is changing in many ways. Unusual changes in climatic conditions such as harmattan and heavy snow falls at odd times of the year underline a growing concern for the health of planet Earth.
The primary cause of climate change has been attributed to global warming, which is giving negative effects to the environment. The changing weather pattern in the world today is as a result of reckless human activities which include industrial pollution and environmental degradation.
Gradually planet Earth is experiencing serious effects of these harmful practices. Due to the dire consequences of climate change, Europe has already taken steps to deal with climate change.
Currently, Ghana is experiencing changing weather patterns as an unusual harmattan is presently plaguing the country. The weather conditions have also reduced visibility making it dangerous for drivers.
