NDC calls for intra-party unity
The National Democratic Congress has reiterated the need for the party to maintain unity and tolerance within the group. A statement signed by party chairman Dr. Kwabena Agyei highlighted the development of the country through the NDC’s governance, pointing out the economic stability Ghana is enjoying currently.
The statement adds that Ghanaians feel socially and politically safer and secure than before. It stressed on the fact that the NDC need to remain calm, patient, united, focused and determined in their collective effort to win the 2012 elections.
It adds that demonstrations and protests are not efficient ways to address grievances and other party problems.
