 In line with their commitment to meeting the expectations of their varied viewership, e.tv Ghana, the fastest growing private television station in Ghana, is ready to thrill soccer fans with the exclusive live telecast of the cracker semi-final second leg match between FC Barcelona and Valencia in the Spanish Copa Del Rey, on Wednesday 8^th February, 2012.

Station manager of e.tv Ghana, JOT Agyemang Speaking about the game said the live telecast is in conformity with the varying needs of the station's viewers.

The match between FC Barcelona and Valencia is a sequel to last week’s semi-final first leg match between the two sides, in which both sides emerged even in a 1-1 draw. Valencia will want to cause a major upset by eliminating Barcelona from the competition after failing to kill off the game in the first leg despite creating lot of scoring chances. Unai Emery’s side will welcome  Ever Banega and Jonas to the starting eleven after the midfield duo were rested for Sunday's la liga goalless draw at Atletico Madrid.  Valencia desperately need to score to have any chance of progressing to the final, as Carles Puyol's header in the 1-1 draw at the Mestalla last week gives the Catalans the advantage on the away goals rule.

The task becomes more daunting and difficult to surmount considering the fact that Valencia have won just once in their last nine away games in all competitions. They haven't won at Barcelona for more than eight years, with their last victory coming in October 2003.
The match is expected to be telecast live at 19:55hrs GMT. Due to this game, e.tv Prime News will be broadcast earlier at 18hrs GMT.
