Anigye 102.5FM marks 2nd anniversary with giveaway bonanza

Garden City-based radio station Anigye102.5 FM will soon be celebrating their 2nd anniversary with a series of activities to wow their loyal listeners. Within this short period, the station has revived music and entertainment on radio in the region.

As part of their anniversary celebrations, 24^th October to 26^th, will be “listeners-appreciation week”. During that time, all loyal listeners will get the opportunity to win gifts on all the station’s programmes. The gifts will include mobile phones, electrical appliances (all types), fashion accessories’ and many more.

Kaakyire Boateng, Acting Manager of the station stated "we at Anigye Fm are giving out these gifts to say thank you to our listeners who have been with us since day one. In this short existence, they have grown with us and have literally become part of the Anigye family".

On the 27^th of October, which is the actual anniversary day; there will be a cake cutting ceremony. Popular personalities, special guests, and some lucky listeners will be invited to officially climax the day. Then after, the guests and the lucky listeners will be given a tour of the station.

The station has demonstrated their commitment to the welfare of the people of Kumasi, as part of their CSR, they will be making donations to charity; In addition they will organize a cleanup exercise in the community they operate in with their Fun club, Zoomlion and the Metropolitan Assembly.
