Obrakyere SHS closed down

The Obrakyere Senior High School in Kasoa has been closed down temporarily following a series of demonstrations by students demanding the removal of the headmistress, Rev. Mrs. Helena Araba Grahl.
The angry students are said to have destroyed the headmistress’ car and vandalised the official bungalow among other valuables to register their claim.
According to the students, Mrs Grahl is incompetent and has mismanaged the school since she took over.
On Monday, the students staged a demonstration calling for their former headmaster to be reinstated or would not participate in any academic activity.
